For more than a decade, As-Sayed Mirahmadi has worked to spread the true Islamic teachings of love, acceptance, respect and peace throughout North America and the world. An expert on Islamic spirituality, he has studied with some of the world’s leading Islamic scholars and teachers. As-Sayed Mirahmadi has also helped found numerous educational and charitable organizations.

BACKGROUND

After his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California, As-Sayed
Nurjan MirAhmadi went on to become the owner and director of a successful healthcare company with more than 35 employees and imaging centers throughout Southern California.

Having achieved business success at a remarkably young age, As-Sayed Nurjan MirAhmadi  retired from the private sector in the mid-1990s to pursue his religious studies and devote himself to the service to the needy. He combined his personal drive and financial talents to work for the less fortunate and founded an international relief organization, a spiritual healing center and a religious social group for at risk youth.

In 1995, he became a protégé of As-Sayed Nurjan MirAhmadi  Hisham Kabbani for in-depth studies in Islamic spirituality known as Sufism. Together with Shaykh Kabbani, he has established a number of other Islamic educational organizations and relief programs throughout the world. As-Sayed Nurjan MirAhmadi was also a founding trustee for the Islamic Supreme Council of America, a world renowned institution of moderate, traditional Islam in North America.

“Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound, that saved a wretch like me. I once was lost, but now I am found, was blind, but now, I see.”.

It is often said in spirituality that  when the student is ready the Master will come. Some genuinely sincere seekers of real spirituality are never satisfied and content until they find their destined mentor.

People may advise them to do this and that, to learn this trade or that discipline, until they tire themselves and end up often being exquisitely successful in those businesses but still they can’t find that tranquility through their hearts that their souls have been searching for.

Until they reach a point through their lives, when they are ready to give up everything for the sake of Truth and a True Master who can guide them to the door of that Truth, the Divine Presence, the source of real peace and enlightenment which is eternally sought after by the human soul. 

Shaykh Hisham said about him, “Nurjan has learnt a lot from me and I am authorizing him as one of my representatives in America. When he speaks he will speak in the tongue of Mawlana Shaykh Nazim.” Born and brought up in the pinnacle of material richness of Beverly Hills, As-Sayed Nurjan MirAhmadi felt a tremendous hunger for spiritual nourishment and left the pleasures of the material world in search of spiritual excellence.

More than a decade ago he was found by his Master. Since then he has been traveling and learning and teaching traditional practices of Sufism extensively all over the world under the direct guidance and supervision of Shaykh Hisham. Since then As-Sayed Nurjan MirAhmadi has been burning in the fire of ecstasy from the love of Prophet and his Saints.

Today As-Sayed Nurjan MirAhmadi is a popular Sufi experts among the new age students in America.

He has taught at numerous New Age and Yoga centers in Michigan, New York, Florida, Colorado, California, New Mexico, Texas, Maryland, Montreal as well as in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and United Kingdom. 

Some of his many specialties include Sufi Meditation or Muraqaba, Chakras of the body, Levels of the Spiritual Heart, Arabic Numerology and Spiritual Healing.

As-Sayed Nurjan brings these ancient knowledges and practices of spirituality back to the seekers of New Age in the context of the extreme materialism of today blended with his wonderful sense of humor. His style is to teach without teaching. He is an avid reader and a huge lover of spiritual music.
