Peace and Heavenly Power Flow Through Morning Prayer – Salamun Hiya (97:5)

أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ ٱلْرَّجِيمِ
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ 

A’uzu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem
Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem

I seek refuge in Allah (AJ) from the accursed Satan
In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful

Alhamdulillahi Rabbil ‘aalameen, was salaatu was salaamu ‘alaa Ashrafil Mursaleen, Sayyidina wa Mawlana Muhammadul Mustafa ﷺ. Madad ya Sayyidi ya RasUlul Kareem, Ya Habibul ‘Azeem, unzur halana wa ishfa’lana, ‘abidona bi madadikum wa nazarekum.

Atiullah wa atiur Rasul wa Ulil amre minkum. Always a reminder for myself, ana abdukal ‘ajeez, wa dayeef, wa miskin, wa zhalim, wa jahl, and but for the grace of Allah (AJ) that we’re still in existence. 

أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنكُم… ﴿٥٩﴾‏ …

4:59 – “…Atiullaha wa atiur Rasula wa Ulil amre minkum…” (Surat an-Nisa)

“…Obey Allah, obey the Messenger, and those in authority among you…” (The Women, 4:59)

﴾سَلَامٌ هِيَ حَتَّىٰ مَطْلَعِ الْفَجْرِ ﴿٥

97:5 –  “Salaamun hiya hattaa mat la’il fajr.” (Surat Al-Qadr)

“Peace it is until the emergence of dawn.” (The Power, 97:5)

To take a path of nothingness in a dunya (material world) that is constantly making ‘somethingness’.

Muhammadan Guides Have Heavenly Authority

“Atiullaha wa atiur Rasula wa Ulil amre minkum…”

أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنكُم… ﴿٥٩﴾‏ …

4:59 – “…Atiullaha wa atiur Rasula wa Ulil amre minkum…” (Surat an-Nisa)

“…Obey Allah, obey the Messenger, and those in authority among you…” (The Women, 4:59)

Alhamdulillah, from their knowledges and from their hearts; that Allah (AJ) sends to the reality of Prophet ﷺ and Prophet ﷺ sends to the Ulul amr (saints). The Ulul amr whom are real and sincere, whom Allah (AJ) has granted what Allah (AJ) wants to grant. Their authority is from the Heavens. There are Ulul amr of dunya (material world) who are authorized by dunya people and they authorize each other. And there are those who are authorized by the Heavens. Alhamdulillah, that Allah (AJ) granted us a tremendous ni’mat (blessing) to be from them, to be following them. Sultanul Awliya (The King of Saints) Mawlana (Q), Allah (AJ) sanctify their secret and raise their darajahs (stations) infinitely higher.

Our Journey Starts with Shari’ah  (Divine Law)

In these days of difficulty and hardship that we ask that Allah (AJ) dress us. A reminder for us is from Surat al-Qadr (Chapter 97, Holy Qur’an), where Allah (AJ) is granting from the oceans of Divinely Power. In everything there are levels of knowledge. They have the level of shari’ah and cause and effect that governs the physical world, the world of form.

Tariqah (Spiritual Path) is the Way to Reach Divinely Realities

Ilm at-tariqah (knowledge of spiritual path) that Allah (AJ) grants to those who are taking a path. They are on “tawasaw bil haqqi wa tawasaw bi sabr.”

(٣) إِلَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالْحَقِّ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالصَّبْرِ 

103:3 – “Illal ladheena aamano wa ‘amilos saalihaati, wa tawasaw bil haqqi wa tawasaw bis Sabr. (3)” (Surat Al-‘Asr)

“Except for those who have believed and done righteous deeds and advised each other to truth and advised each other to patience. (3)” (The Declining Day, 103:3)

They are on a path of Haqq (truth) to reach towards realities. They are making an ascension. When Allah (AJ) is saying that the people of tafakkur (contemplation) know, the people of the door, Ulul al Baab (Gatekeepers of the Reality) know, the people of understanding know, that have you ascended and made your ascension?

(٤٢) إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ…

39:42 – “…Inna fee zaalika la Aayaatil liqawmai yatafakkarroon.” (Surat Az-Zumar)

“Indeed in that are signs for a people who give thought.” (The Troops, 39:42)

(٢٦٩) يُؤْتِي الْحِكْمَةَ مَن يَشَاءُ ۚ وَمَن يُؤْتَ الْحِكْمَةَ فَقَدْ أُوتِيَ خَيْرًا كَثِيرًا ۗ وَمَا يَذَّكَّرُ إِلَّا أُولُو الْأَلْبَابِ

2:269 – “Yu’til Hikmata mai yasha o; wa mai yutal Hikmata faqad otiya khairan kaseeraa; wa maa yazzakkaru illaa Ulul albaab.” (Surat Al-Baqarah)

“He gives wisdom to whom He wills, and whoever has been given wisdom has certainly been given abundant goodness. And none will remember except gatekeepers /People of understanding.” (The Cow, 2:269)

It means those who struggle and strive against themselves and against their bad character, Allah grants (AJ) them a level deeper than the shari’ah, which is based off the shari’ah. Then it is the knowledge of tariqah.

The Levels of Knowledge in the Reality of a Circle

1. Shari’ah

From the knowledge of the tariq (path) and the way towards the ma’rifah (Gnosticism) of Allah (AJ), it becomes like the circle, which is shari’ah that governs everything.

2. Tariqah

There is the radius from every point of the circumference to the center, which is the center of power. The nucleus is the center of power that emanates through all the circumference. Every ‘izzah (Might), every reality, once we understand just one circle, then every reality will begin to unfold. That the knowledge of shari’ah, tariqah, and ma’rifah.

3. Ma’rifah

Those who are taking a path on each step of that tariq can go deeper into the oceans of ma’rifah. Those who are Gnostic in the way of Allah (AJ) , it means they have been dressed by shari’ah. Then Allah (AJ) is granting them the knowledge of tariqah. Then from the knowledge of tariqah granting them the knowledges of ma’rifah.

4. Haqiqah (Reality)

From the knowledges of ma’rifah, they are now granting as they are drawing closer to the realities. They are now granting them haqiqah; the haqaiq (realities), the truth of that reality, like the essence of that reality.

5. ‘Azimah (Determination)

Then the knowledge of ‘azimah; that they are so close to the center of the Divinely Presence, the Divinely Kingdom, that Allah (AJ) is granting them the knowledge of ‘azimah and its magnificence and munificence.

Description of Laylatul Qadr (Night of Power)

From the understandings of difficulty that is coming onto dunya, that is a tremendous power in Surat al-Qadr. Allah (AJ) is describing that the Lailatul Qadr, ‘We indeed revealed this Message on a Night of Power. What will explain to thee what is the night of Power? The night of Power is better than a thousand months. Therein come down the angels and the Spirit by Allah’s (AJ) permission, on every order coming by that authority and reality. And there is peace until the rising of the morning.’ “Salaamun hiya hattaa mat la’il fajr.”

إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ ﴿١﴾ وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ ﴿٢﴾ لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ ﴿٣﴾ تَنَزَّلُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ وَالرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍ ﴿٤﴾ سَلَامٌ هِيَ حَتَّىٰ مَطْلَعِ الْفَجْرِ ﴿٥﴾

97:1-5 – “Innaa anzalnaahu fee lailatil qadr. (1) Wa maa adraaka ma lailatul qadr (2) Lailatul qadri khairum min alfee shahr. (3) Tanaz zalul malaa-ikatu war roohu feeha bi izni-rab bihim min kulli amr. (4) Salaamun hiya hattaa mat la’il fajr. (5)” (Surat Al-Qadr)

“We have brought it down on the night of power. (1) And what will explain to you what the night of power is? (2) The Night of Power is better than a thousand months. (3) The angels and the Spirit descend therein by permission of their Lord for every Command/affair. (4) Peace it is until the emergence of dawn. (5)” (The Power, 97:1-5)

The Power of the Sun

This diagram is going to give us an understanding of the shams (sun) and the power Allah (AJ) is granting to a sun. So, you look at the sun. For us just to understand, because realities are difficult to convey without some sort of visual, that they want us to perceive. To be dressed by a qadr (power), to be dressed by Allah’s (AJ) rida (satisfaction), to be dressed by protection in days of difficulty, more protection is needed; more understanding is needed. We start with “kulli amr”, that every “malaa-ikatu war roohu feeha bi izni-rab bihim…” (The angels and the Spirit descend therein by permission of their Lord, Holy Qur’an, 97:4).

The Sun is a Sign of Eternity

If you make the circle of the sun as an example, because the sun for us is a reality of eternity. The sun for our understanding because Allah (AJ) teaches, ‘I will show you upon the horizon and then upon yourself.’

(٥٣) …سَنُرِيهِمْ آيَاتِنَا فِي الْآفَاقِ وَفِي أَنفُسِهِمْ حَتَّىٰ يَتَبَيَّنَ لَهُمْ أَنَّهُ الْحَقُّ ۗ 

41:53 – “Sanureehim ayatina fil afaqi wa fee anfusihim hatta yatabayyana lahum annahu alhaqqu…” (Surat Al-Fussilat)

“We will show them Our signs in the horizons and within themselves until it becomes clear to them that it is the truth…” (Explained in Detail, 41:53)

The signs upon yourself is going to be much more complicated. To understand the horizon, that which is eternal around us is the sun. It has been there from the time of Sayyidina Adam (as). Every prophet (as) has seen that sun. So, for us to understand eternity, it is the shams. That is why we say Shamsul ‘Arifeen (Sun of Knowers). Shamsun Nabiyin ﷺ means the sun of all the prophets (as). S-U-N, not S-O-N. It means the eternal authority, power and qudra of that reality.

Then Allah (AJ) is describing every angel and the ruh (soul), with the permission of Allah (AJ) is descending upon you with every amr (command). Every amr has to do with every order, every command. For us to understand now just the shari’ah level of the sun.

(٤) تَنَزَّلُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ وَالرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍ 

97:4 – “Tanazzalul malaikatu war Roh, fiha beizne Rabbihim min kulle amr.” (Surat Al-Qadr)

“The angels and the Spirit descend therein by permission of their Lord for every Command/affair.” (The Power 97:4)

We Can Live on Earth Because of Our Proximity to the Sun

The power that Allah (AJ) is dressing is a symbol of Allah’s (AJ) Qadr. So, He says, in My Qadr, in that sun, every order is moving through that sun because you still probably don’t know the importance of the sun in your existence. But once we study just a little bit about the sun, you breathe from the sun and you can see from the sun. You have warmth and life on this planet, because of our proximity to the sun. If Allah (AJ) puts you on the moon you would be frozen, or you would have been cooked at 250 degrees. So, the Earth is precisely positioned for a life and an existence on this Earth and it is nourished by the power of that sun.

“Kulle Amr” (All Divinely Commands) Move Through the Sun of Realities

What they found that you put in that Sun “kulle amr” is that every amr, every order of Allah (AJ), is emanating through that sun, if you look at this diagram. That order and the ruh has to do with the secret of Sayyidina Muhammad’s ﷺ light. Everything is from Prophet’s ﷺ light. The malaika (angels) carry the orders from the Divinely Presence as the purified lights, the purified souls. They don’t make up, they don’t deviate, they don’t go left, they don’t go right.

So, Allah’s (AJ) ‘Izzah, Allah’s (AJ) Command – “Atiullah” – comes to Prophet ﷺ, the “atiur Rasul.” From Prophet ﷺ to Ulul amr, they [angels] are amongst the Ulul amr – the people of the amr, of the conveyance, of the orders. Every order of Allah (AJ) is moving through that sun.

Photons of the Sun are Malaika Reaching the Farthest Planet in the Galaxy

It means then on the shari’ah level, they begin to teach us that everything that is coming from that sun are malaika with authorities from Allah (AJ). So, when they began to study the sun, they saw that there was a photon inside the sun. There is a light inside the sun that penetrates everything. They went deep into the Earth, fifty miles underground and they said there was a photon there. They went out to the outer planets with satellites and they said the photons of our sun for this galaxy reaches the farthest levels of the planets. “Kulli amr,” Allah (AJ) says that My Power, My ‘Izzah with malaika and the authority of the ruh, means there is a reality from Prophet ﷺ giving command to those malaika that deliver Allah’s (AJ) order (Holy Qur’an, 97:4).

Malaika Carry the Amr and Nourish All Galaxies

They found that all your nourishment, what is coming to you of your sight, your breath, the plants; everything is in need of the photon. It means in need of Allah’s (AJ) malaika. These angels are carrying every command all the way to the farthest planet of that galaxy and each sun is filled with its angels with an authority from the ruh. It is nourishing the galaxy that Allah (AJ) has put under its command. It means every angel is being dispersed. That, ‘The flower on this Earth it requires your ray,’ and the angel will reach to that flower exactly the way Allah (AJ) wants it.

Everything is nourished and everything is in the best of hisaab (account). It can’t be random. There is no randomness. That Allah (AJ) gives a command and that angel’s ray is responsible to hit that flower, to hit that human, to hit that mountain, wherever it is supposed to go and to nourish what Allah (AJ) wants it to nourish. It moves precisely.

(٢٨) وَأَحَاطَ بِمَا لَدَيْهِمْ وَأَحْصَىٰ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ عَدَدًا …

72:28 – “…wa ahata bima ladayhim wa ahsa kulla shay in ‘adada.” (Surat Al-Jinn)

“… and He has encompassed whatever is with them and has enumerated all things in number.” (The Jinn, 72:28)

Salatul Fajr (Dawn Prayer) is Full of Allah’s (AJ) Peace and Mercy

Malaika bring “salaamun.” At shari’ah level of “salaamun” – it brings “salaamun,” brings peace to everything (Holy Qur’an, 97:5). This is Allah’s (AJ) ni’mat. It brings peace. It brings reality and tranquility. It brings the secret of hayat and eternity, life and oceans of ever-living and ever-existing coming from these rays with the “salaamun.”

That “salaamun” dresses everything. So then, there are so many poetries and nasheeds (songs of Praise) about the morning dew. How Allah (AJ) feeds everything in that morning. At night, it looks like it is dying. Everything is frightened. As soon as the Fajr is rising, there is water, there are drops on flowers. There is a condensation taking place as Allah (AJ) is sending salaams (greetings). Allah is (AJ) sending a rahmah (mercy) upon this Creation that it has and produces a dew, a water, a life-force that nourishes it, until the rays begin to come and dress it and bless it. Even if you don’t see the sun, its rays are penetrating everything.

Shari’ah Shows That Allah (AJ) Governs the World

So then that salaam (peace) is coming, the “hiya” is in reference to the power that Allah (AJ) is bringing upon the Earth. So, the shari’ah level is for us to understand that, ‘Ya Rabbi, this power, this ‘izzah that You have dressed everywhere in the world of form is under Your shari’ah.’ Shari’ah is that what governs in the world of form. That sun can’t go anywhere; it is directly and precisely where Allah (AJ) wants it. It is governed by Allah’s (AJ) ‘Izzah. 

﴾الشَّمْسُ وَالْقَمَرُ بِحُسْبَانٍ ﴿٥

55:5 – “Ash Shamsu wal Qamaru bihusban.” (Surat Ar-Rahman)

“The sun and the moon [move] on their fixed courses by precise calculation.” (The Beneficent, 55:5)

So, the world of form is showing and Allah (AJ) is showing that from this world of form, I have given this power and this authority to what it represents. Within the rays of that sun, why it nourishes and why it penetrates everything is because I am telling you that the angels and the ruh are coming with all My Amr. It is a station of Allah’s (AJ) Amr. For us to understand, they are coming with every command upon that Creation and nourishing and performing everything that I am asking of it, precise.

(٤) تَنَزَّلُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ وَالرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍ 

97:4 – “Tanazzalul malaikatu war Roh, fiha beizne Rabbihim min kulle amr.” (Surat Al-Qadr)

“The angels and the Spirit descend therein by permission of their Lord for every Command/affair.” (The Power 97:4)

Tariqah, Ma’rifah, and Haqiqah Teach Humans are the Honoured Creation

Then the knowledges of tariqah, the knowledges of ma’rifah and the knowledges of haqiqah begin to come and say, “Wa laqad karamna bani Adam.” Their honour, their reality, is much higher. They are the custodians of all My Grace and all My Realities.

﴾وَلَقَدْ كَرَّ‌مْنَا بَنِي آدَمَ…﴿٧٠

17:70 – “Wa laqad karramna bani adama…” (Surat Al-Isra)

“And We have certainly honored the children of Adam…” (The Night Journey, 17:70)

They (saints) begin to teach that this sun and this reality that is going to bring an ‘izzah to us, this carries the amr of Allah (AJ). These realities that are coming down, the world of form is only interested in the photon. It is only interested in the form.

All Amr Come From the Holy Heart of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ

The people of haqaiq are asking to reach to Allah’s (AJ) Qadr, ‘Ya Rabbi, we want to reach Your Qudra and Your Power.’ The realities that are dressing Your Holy Qur’an, “Qaf wal Qur’an al majeed.”

﴾ق ۚ وَالْقُرْ‌آنِ الْمَجِيدِ ﴿١

50:1 – “Qaf, wal Quranil Majeed.” (Surat Qaf)

“Qaf. By the honored Qur’an.” (The Letter Qaf, 50:1)

Every power Allah (AJ) is sending through the Holy Qur’an. It means that every amr, every order, every authority is symbolically moving through these rays. That if you want to catch the reality of this amr, from what the malaika are coming, bringing of isharah (signs) and orders from the heart of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.

The Ruh Carries a Secret that Governs Malaika

The ruh is the authorized Muhammadan wali (saint) who is in-charge of that reality because the ruh is carrying a secret from Prophet ﷺ. That secret is what governs the malaika on that station. Allah (AJ) is describing, ‘All My Commands for that planet are coming from there.’

Every amr, every order, every command is coming to you from a source of power. We still don’t know the haqaiq yet, but for us to be symbolic. That Allah (AJ) is showing there is a source of power and it is reaching to you; the angels are reaching to you.

Salaam is Loaded With Power and Knowledge

You want to be granted from this salaam? Ahlul Haqqaiq (People of Realities) come and begin to teach, this salaam is a loaded reality. “Salaamun” means it is coming with this seen of salaam. What is Allah (AJ) going to be dressing you? Because the people who are accepting Qur’an, they pray Salatul Fajr, so then there must be a haqaiq in the reality of that sun. The haqaiq will show itself to be much more powerful than the sun. It means Allah (AJ) is saying that, ‘You want to reach My Amr, My orders that are carried by the malaika and the ruh for you to understand the most purified realities of Prophet ﷺ?’ You say, ‘Yes, we want, ya Rabbi, this salaam.’

Decoding the Salaam

They come and teach this salaam is carrying this sir (secret), it is carrying nurul anwar wa sirratul asrar, it is carrying the secret of light, the light of all secrets. It is carrying upon its tongue and its orders, this laam, is the conveyance of knowledge, lisanul Haqq (The Tongue of Truth ﷺ). It carries upon it an ‘izzah, there is an alif here. It carries upon it an ‘izzah from Allah (AJ) of that sir, and it comes through this meem.

Meem of Salaam – Pray Tahajjud to Enter Maqam al Mahmood (Station of the Most Praised One)

Where Allah (AJ) tells you to pray Tahajjud (Night Vigil) because you can enter into Maqam al Mahmood.

(٧٩) وَمِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَتَهَجَّدْ بِهِ نَافِلَةً لَّكَ عَسَىٰ أَن يَبْعَثَكَ رَبُّكَ مَقَامًا مَّحْمُودًا

17:79 – “Wa minal layli fatahajjad bihi, nafilatal laka ‘asaa an yab’athaka Rabbuka Maqaman Mahmooda.” (Surat Al-Isra)

“And pray in the small watches of the morning: (it would be) an additional prayer (or spiritual profit) for thee: soon will your Lord raise you to a Station of Praise and Glory! [Maqam al Mahmood]” (The Night Journey, 17:79)

This is from Prophet ﷺ. This “salaamun” that awliyaullah (saints) are inspiring for us to reach. That you want to be dressed by this sir, you want this conveyance? Because the malaika are going to be conveying to your heart these realities. This meem is the Muhammadan dress. Maqam al Mahmood means it is coming from Prophet ﷺ; Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ on Earth, Sayyidina Mahmood ﷺ within the Heavens.

Pray Salatul Fajr, Allah (AJ) Dresses You With Qadr

This means from Salatul Tahajjud to Salatul Fajr, all these dresses are coming, this salaam is coming. So, in the level of tariqah, they are teaching that keep your Salatul Fajr. Keep your Salatul Fajr, Allah (AJ) will dress you with qadr. If you are missing your Salatul Fajr you are missing a tremendous dress of qadr. To pray it by missing (pray later), that is one reality. Ask for istighfar (seeking forgiveness) and pray. But how pious people become pious is because they are becoming “ffulkil mashhoon.” They are becoming loaded souls, loaded with tremendous amounts of power. 

﴾وَآيَةٌ لَّهُمْ أَنَّا حَمَلْنَا ذُرِّ‌يَّتَهُمْ فِي الْفُلْكِ الْمَشْحُونِ ﴿٤١

36:41 – “Wa ayatul lahum anna hamalna dhurriyyatahum fil fulkil mashhooni.” (Surat YaSeen)

“And a sign for them is that we have carried their atoms/forefathers in the loaded ship.” (YaSeen, 36:41)

Praying Salatul Fajr is the Remedy for All Problems

There is an energy that is dressing their soul, dressing their soul, why? Because they are at Salatul Fajr, Allah (AJ) promised “Salamun, hiya hatta matla’il Fajr.” Later we go to the higher levels of “hiya,” but for this understanding and the difficulties that sickness and many difficulties begin to come and itss najat and its safety is in Salatul Fajr.

﴾سَلَامٌ هِيَ حَتَّىٰ مَطْلَعِ الْفَجْرِ‌ ﴿٥

97:5 – “Salamun, hiya hatta matla’il Fajr.” (Surat Al-Qadr)

“Peace it is until the emergence of dawn.” (The Power, 97:5)

They are warning that what is coming upon the Earth of negativity is something that can’t be imagined. It is not something that you just sort of say, ‘Okay, I know this person is going to go away.’ No, he is not going away. ‘My husband is a good person, he prays. I don’t need to pray.’ Your husband may have a nice grave, you may be in a different condition. Or vice versa.

So, they are warning for us that you want Allah’s (AJ) Qadr? You want Allah’s (AJ) Power? He is promising, from Holy Qur’an, ‘I am going to be sending you a salaam, I am going to be sending you salaam.’

Salaam Has a Sir of Maqam al Mahmood

Awliyaullah come and are telling you from the level of just tariqah, telling you that salaam you should be really striving for because it has a sir, a secret, within it. There is a lisan (tongue) and angels who are going to begin to teach in your Fajr and this is a tremendous reality from Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. It is an immense reward because Maqam al Mahmood is that Prophet’s ﷺ energy and lights will come lower at the time of Fajr to receive people. It means it opens the ni’mat from Allah (AJ) that Prophet’s ﷺ light to reach closer to people, to bring them closer back into that reality and begin to dress them.

Everything in Creation is Waiting for Fajr Because It is Faraj (Relief)

It means the awrads (daily practices), the zikr (remembrance), and every ‘amal (action) that we are doing, its energy and power is coming, and they are warning for us is keep the Salatul Fajr. If you are sick, keep your Salatul Fajr; it is the best of medicine and best of remedies. If misguided and faith is low and doubt is entering, pray Salatul Fajr. Allah’s (AJ) salaamat is coming, Allah’s (AJ) najat (salvation) is coming. Allah’s (AJ) angels and the authority of the ruh will be dressing as He is dressing His leaves and flowers and nature and everything in Creation is waiting for Fajr.

Every bird begins to sing because now the faraj has come, the salvation has come; they see the lights, they see the energies. There are so many creatures who go out just to lick that water, the first drop of water that is coming on the leaves. How many creatures come out just to drink that, come out just to take that! Because they know Allah’s (AJ) ni’mat and mercy is upon that light and that energy. So, they are warning for us in the days of difficulty, don’t lose your Fajr. Keep your Fajr prayers. Allah’s (AJ) salaams is going to be dressing. Allah’s (AJ) lights and energy are going to be dressing.

Seen (س) has Ilm ul Yaqeen (Knowledge of Certainty), ‘Ayn ul Yaqeen (Vision of Certainty), and Haqq ul Yaqeen (Certainty of Truth)

Then they begin to go into the levels of the haqaiq, the levels of reality, that this is coming, this salaam. What makes it so immense for our creation is that this again has Ilm ul yaqeen, ‘Ayn ul Yaqeen, and Haqq ul Yaqeen. So, think then what Allah (AJ) is going to be dressing this sir. This Ilm ul Yaqeen, ‘Ayn ul Yaqeen, Haqq ul Yaqeen is going to be coming down on a tongue. The tongue of the Muhammadan reality is now coming towards the believer.

Don’t Miss Your Awrad – It is Your Daily Connection to Awliyaullah

Those of ahlul turuq (people of spiritual path) in which the turuqs are teaching them, giving them wazifas (spiritual practices) and awrads, don’t lose those awrads. Don’t drop those wazifas. Everyday there is a wazifa that needs to be done. Anyone who doesn’t do it enters into thirty days of darkness. There is no way to stop it for one day. When you do the wazifa and awrad, it is like a ‘dial-up’ a login into a computer. That you are dialing-up into one of those authorities, from one of these Ulul amr.

That Prophet ﷺ gave them that reality, give them these recitations. If they adhere to that recitation they are connecting into that reality. It means from their authority, of their amr what Allah (AJ) dressed to them, they are going to be dressing you from Ilm ul Yaqeen, ‘Ayn ul Yaqeen, Haqq ul Yaqeen, through a tongue of reality which is a Muhammadan haqaiq. So, by keeping all of that, it begins to dress, dress, dress you.

“Hiya” is All the Power and Knowledge that Allah (AJ) Sends to Earth

Then they begin to teach what realities Allah (AJ) is going to open? This “hiya” is in reference to qadr, Allah’s (AJ) ‘izzah and power. It is qadr, qadr, qadr, “hiya.” “Hiya” is in reference to Allah’s (AJ) Power. Awliyaullah come and teach that “hiya” is every ‘uloom (knowledges), ‘uloom ul awaleen wal akhireen (knowledges of the beginning and the end).

Ya of “Hiya” Represents All Knowledges from Alif to Ya

Every kalaam (word), every knowledge is from the alif all the way to the last letter ya. Every knowledge is from letters. As you write these letters, these are knowledges being conveyed, realities are being conveyed. Then they teach that everything is an eternal circle of realities. That once you reach to the ya, the ya actually goes back and begins with the alif, the ya connects to the alif. This means every knowledge from alif, all the huroof (Arabic letters) to ya is coming to that servant. Every reality that Allah (AJ) is going to teach is through these letters. If Allah (AJ) compacts and condenses the letters and sends you a ya, He is sending you a yaqeen (certainty). He is sending you a knowledge.

Ha of “Hiya” is for Hidayah (Guidance) and Love

Every type of reality is coming in that Salatul Fajr and Allah (AJ) granted its hidayah. This ha is for hidayah. You want guidance, you want all of these realities; “hiya” is coming loaded. So, “salaamun hiya” (Holy Qur’an, 97:5). Allah (AJ) is saying, ‘This salamat that is now coming towards you with Ilm ul Yaqeen, ‘Ayn ul Yaqeen, Haqq ul Yaqeen as a Muhammadan reality.

It means then they are going to begin and at higher levels, the servant is going to begin to understand the lights are presented to him in Fajr. There will be angels and awliya (saints) at their Fajr and every knowledge is being conveyed into their heart from the secret of “hiya.” Allah (AJ) condenses, that every kalaam I have from alif, ba, ta, sa; everything that is making My Knowledges, all the Holy Qur’an are in those letters. He said, ‘I am going to package them all in a ya for you and I am going to send it accompanied by hidayah and guidance.’ 

If you look at the ha, it has a waw. It is a waw inside a cave. The people of true guidance they have a waw within their heart. It means everything they do is based on love. These are the people of immense love that Allah (AJ) is going to send a “hiya” to them that every knowledge, every reality is going to be conveyed to you.

Every Knowledge is Conveyed at Fajr

So why then pious people and those who follow awliyaullah they never miss, unless they are sick or have difficulty, they never miss their Fajr? Because that is the time of their schooling. That is time in which Allah (AJ) is dressing them and blessing them. Allah (AJ) is conveying every salaam; it means every mushkilat, every difficulty is taken away at Fajr time. Every knowledge is conveyed at Fajr time. Every association and blessing and barakah is granted at Fajr time.

That is why the Fajr is actually faraj, that you move around the letters and it is faraj, salvation. Allah (AJ) is granting the nation of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ a tremendous salvation to be free from difficulty. Then in all the levels of haqaiq because you are first coming to the commands of Allah (AJ) to pray the Fajr. Then they begin to describe the haqaiq of that reality, that it takes away every difficulty, takes away every mushkilat. Every du’a (supplication) that is going to be accepted is most accepted at Salatul Fajr.

Spend Tahajjud in Contemplation

Then for ahlul ma’rifah (people of Gnosticism) who are going and asking for knowledges that all the knowledge they heard, and they studied, as soon as they enter into Salatul Tahajjud and they begin to contemplate that what did the Shaykh just talk about? Then that night when you are meditating and reading the articles or reading that understanding or listening again to it. Or even just meditating to Surat al-YaSeen at Fajr, at tahajjud time, connecting your heart with Mawlana Shaykh Nazim (Q) and listening to Surat al-YaSeen, which is the heart of Prophet ﷺ. YaSeen is the heart of Holy Qur’an. Then Allah (AJ) says, ‘When Qur’an is recited, stop. Sit, contemplate, meditate so that Allah’s (AJ) mercy can dress you.’ “Salaam” can dress. It means every reality will be opened at that time.

(٢٠٤) وَإِذَا قُرِئَ الْقُرْآنُ فَاسْتَمِعُوا لَهُ وَأَنصِتُوا لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ 

7:204 – “Wa idhaa quria al Qur’an fastami’u lahu, wa anseetu la’alakum turhamon.” (Surat Al-A’raf)

“So when the Qur’an is recited, then listen to it, remain silent and pay attention, that you may receive mercy.” (The Heights, 7:204)

We pray that in those days of difficulty Allah (AJ) grant us a himmah (zeal), a strength not to leave. Shaitan (satan) only wants difficulty for us and shaitan makes everything to be difficult, ‘Don’t do that. Don’t, don’t, don’t listen to him. Don’t pray your Fajr. Don’t do like that. Don’t do your award. Don’t do like that. Don’t come here.’ Why? To put hardship upon the believer until they turn into difficulty and immense hardship. We pray that Allah (AJ) give us a himmah and strength to follow whatever Allah (AJ) wanted for us and to be dressed by Allah’s (AJ) infinite rahmah, immense rahmah that can’t even be imagined.

Subhana rabbika rabbal ‘izzati ‘amma yasifoon, wa salaamun ‘alal mursaleen, walhamdulillahi rabbil ‘aalameen. Bi hurmati Muhammad al-Mustafa ﷺ wa bi siri Surat al-Fatiha.
