Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi (Q) teaches the immense secret that the apex of salah (prayer) is found in the sujood (prostration). Each Prophet (as) was given the same prostration for their nations and in the act of prostration Allah (AJ) has placed immense realities such as a grounding mechanism for all the negativity that has been stored in your body. The act of prostration also symbolises your soul is in charge of the physical body and that your desires are not riding you and the returning of our free will which has been granted to us as human beings back to the Divine- which is the greatest gift that you can give to Allah.
